A Fellowship to Develop Leaders Who Can Inspire Others

Yojak has been working for the past few years to put Bharatiya Developmental concepts into practice. The Fellowship (Preranavrutti) has been launched to engage talented youth from tribal areas in this process, inspiring them to lead their communities and advance along the Bharatiya path of development.

Young men and women who are committed to working for development while living in their tribal villages, and earning their livelihood, can join this initiative. A selection process for interested individuals takes place periodically.

Through the Fellowship, participants will receive monthly financial support to engage in direct development work. They will also receive continuous training on various topics. The duration of the fellowship is between 3 to 5 years.

The following areas are the focus of this initiative:

1. Studying the local area in collaboration with the community
2. Developing natural resource-based livelihoods and addressing related challenges.
3. Leveraging laws like MNREGA and forest rights to strengthen livelihoods
4. Organizing local communities and fostering greater participation
5. Establishing economically empowering organizations such as Kisan Companies and Vandhan Kendras
