YOJAK's Work Methodology

“YOJAK” (YOJAK Center for Research and Strategic Planning for Sustainable Development) was established to address the confusion surrounding development and to take concrete steps toward Sustainable Development through scientific methods. Yojak is a not-for-profit organization under Section 8 of the Companies Act 2013. YOJAK operates pan-India and is dedicated to its mission of fostering Sustainable Development.

Mode of Operation

  • Implementing programs and initiatives to educate progressive individuals, groups, voluntary organizations, public entities, and government institutions about Indian concepts of development.
  • Assisting in creating development records for creating sustainable livelihoods based on local natural resources and encouraging practical efforts in this direction.
  • Supporting the organizing of symposiums and discussions at national and local levels to shape societal opinions on development.
  • Engaging in the developmental policy-making processes for both government and society through scientific study.

Rooted in Bharatiya Developmental Philosophy, Yojak has unwavering faith in achieving cognitive, sustainable development through public awareness and active participation.

Key Focus Area

The central region of India, extending from southern Gujarat to West Bengal, is characterized by its mountainous and forested landscape. This area is predominantly inhabited by tribal communities, who have been adversely affected by current development practices.
