A Fellowship to Develop Leaders Who Can Inspire Others<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Yojak has been working for the past few years to put Bharatiya Developmental concepts into practice. The Fellowship (Preranavrutti)<\/strong> has been launched to engage talented youth from tribal areas in this process, inspiring them to lead their communities and advance along the Bharatiya path of development.<\/p>\n

Young men and women who are committed to working for development while living in their tribal villages, and earning their livelihood, can join this initiative. A selection process for interested individuals takes place periodically.<\/p>\n

Through the Fellowship<\/strong>, participants will receive monthly financial support to engage in direct development work. They will also receive continuous training on various topics. The duration of the fellowship is between 3 to 5 years.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n5.\tEstablishing economically empowering organizations such as Kisan Companies and Vandhan Kendras

Achievements<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1.\tThirteen youths from ten districts across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh participated in the first phase of the fellowship, comprising 12 boys and 1 girl.
\n2.\tFollowing an intense study of over 430 villages in their respective areas during the first year, they selected 66 villages for further focus.
\n3.\tOver the past year, they have worked to raise awareness among the villagers and unite the community through activities such as the Festival of Wild Vegetables, Jal Pujan,     and holistic nourishment of the soil (Bhumi Suposhan).
\n4.\tThey have imparted training to more than 267 farmers and over 20 youth in collaboration with organizations like KVK and RSETI to enhance their skills.
\n5.\tThis year, more than 400 farmers have received improved seeds and high-quality vegetable saplings from KVK.
\n6.\tTo date, over 1,700 people have been registered for Ayushman Bharat Health Cards, more than 25 Kisan Credit Cards have been issued, and over 100 individuals have been     recognized under the PM Vishwakarma Kaushal Samman scheme.
\n7.\tIn the Rawalapani village group of Nandurbar, 5 youths and women have started their own businesses (\u0909\u0926\u094d\u092f\u094b\u0917). To support this effort, the local Fellows have enlisted help     from \u201cBeing Volunteer\u201d organization.
\n8.\tTo date, farmers from over 42 tribal farmers having forest rights (\u0935\u0928\u0905\u0927\u093f\u0915\u093e\u0930 \u092a\u094d\u0930\u093e\u092a\u094d\u0924 \u091c\u0928\u091c\u093e\u0924\u093f \u0915\u093f\u0938\u093e\u0928) have been enrolled in the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme.           Efforts are underway in Maharashtra to include them in the Ladli Behana Yojana.
