Efforts of the Organizations associated with the Madhya Bharat Vananchal Samriddhi Yojana<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

By joining the Madhya Bharat Vananchal Samriddhi Program, local NGOs in various districts are striving to make development people-centric.<\/p>

This effort is underway in several states, including Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Andhra Pradesh. From 2020 to 2023, the livelihoods of more than 1,900 families based on natural resources were strengthened across
various clusters, successfully reducing their migration.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

* Dr. Ambedkar Vanvasi Kalyan Trust: <\/font>Over 200 families in the Jamlapada cluster of Dang district, Gujarat, have achieved financial well-being through natural resource management and agro-based employment. More than 500 hectares of land were developed through sustainable development management programs. A cooperative processing industry for the traditional millet Ragi has been started in Khamal tehsil of Dang district, benefiting more than 100 families.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

* Shri Maruti Gramya Vikas Trust: <\/font>Seed production has commenced for the first time in the Ratanmahal village cluster of Dhanpur tehsil, Dahod district. This initiative will provide more than 500 farmers with seed security and high-yield seeds within the village.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

* Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram: <\/font>In the Ragatvihir group of Peth tehsil in Nashik district, over 400 tribal families earned 32 lakhs in revenue through the management and collective sale of local forest produce \u2013 bamboo, through the Vandhan Vikas Kendra. This income was utilized for irrigation, agricultural machinery, loan repayment, cow rearing, etc. They will continue to reap the benefits of this effort. Additionally, through the MGNREGA, soil removal from a pond during the challenging period of the COVID-19 pandemic has provided benefits for the past three years. A Kisan Company has now been established in the area.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

* REEDS: <\/font>Keeping in view the local situation, agriculture-based livelihoods have been strengthened through the installation of micro water ponds and drip irrigation in eight villages of Molgi, a mountainous region of Akkalkuwa tehsil, Nandurbar. More than 100 families have benefited from this. Additionally, more than 1 crore rupees were received as wages through the MGNREGA in three villages of this cluster, benefiting 400 tribal families.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
