Every human group is an inherent and integral part of its surrounding ecological setting, and so the identity of every human being is associated with the surrounding environment, making its identification with the local complex natural. Development planning should be holistic, involving continuous inspection of the surroundings, making necessary adjustments based on experience, and integrating modern science and technology with traditional knowledge.
